Mrs. Rekha Bagry

Mrs. Rekha Bagry is an independent professional who began her entrepreneurial journey in May 2019, after a distinguished 15-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited (PwC). Mrs. Bagry joined PwC in 2005 and was admitted as a Partner in 2010. Prior to PwC, she worked with RSM & Co. (formerly Ratan S. Mama), a leading Indian professional services firm.

Mrs. Bagry has over 20 years of experience in tax and advisory services, with deep expertise in the tax and regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Mrs. Bagry has also advised clients on family succession planning, trust formation, and wills.

Mrs. Bagry brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having worked with large Indian corporates and multinational companies across a wide range of industries, including beverages, textiles, retail, cement, steel, engineering, telecom, packaging, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, media, and BPO, among others.
