Bus body building is the process of fabricating and mounting a bus body on a chassis, supplied by the customer.

Finalised Specification, Purchase Order, Advance Payment and Chassis.

ACGL body is of modular type constructions. Body structure is fabricated separately consisting floor, side, roof, front and rear and integrated together i.e. body cubing is done. After cubing of body panelling is done and there after painting is carried out. After that body is mounted on customer’s chassis, bus trimming activities carried out and rolled out. Required quality checks and PDI are done. All the regularities are maintained during body manufacturing as per bus code.

EV and ICE, LCV, ICV and MCV category buses which are further divided into City Bus, Moffusil Bus, Staff Bus, Intercity Coach.
