Key Functions

Incoming Material Inspection Ensuring that all raw materials and components meet predefined quality standards before they enter the production process. Work with procurement teams to qualify Vendors.

In-Process Quality Control Monitoring and inspecting various stages of the manufacturing process to detect and address defects in real time thereby preventing the progression of faults. Conduct Audits to verify adherence to process guidelines.

Final Inspection Conducting comprehensive evaluations of completed bus bodies to verify adherence to safety, durability and aesthetic standards.

Compliance with Standards Ensuring the manufacturing processes and final products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations such as the AIS 052 Code of Practice for Bus Body Design.

Documentation and reporting Maintaining detail records of inspections, test results and quality audits to facilitate traceability and continuous improvement.
